Living Made Easy Celebrates 10 Years of Compassionate Care

Living Made Easy (LME) is celebrating a decade of dedicated service in Wisconsin, marking a significant milestone in its mission to provide exceptional care and support to individuals in need. Founded in 2015 by Marthia Buford-Bell, LME began as a single supportive living home and has since grown into a network of five licensed sites and thirteen supportive living locations, employing a team of over 40 committed professionals.

A Decade of Compassionate Care

For ten years, LME has remained steadfast in its commitment to restoring dignity and independence to its residents. The organization offers a comprehensive range of services, including:

●       Adult Family Homes (AFH)

●       Supportive Living Services (SLS)

●       Transportation Services

●       Skilled nursing care, daily activity assistance, personal care, and emergency placement (respite) services

These services support individuals who are aging, living with Alzheimer's or dementia, physically or developmentally disabled, experiencing challenges with alcohol or drug abuse (AODA), or managing mental health conditions. Guided by the motto “We Will, We Promise…”, LME continues to set the standard for compassionate and quality care.

Empowering Through Training

LME places a strong emphasis on excellence and ongoing staff development through comprehensive CBRF training. Staff receive essential training in:

●       Standard precautions

●       Fire safety

●       Medication administration

●       First aid and choking prevention

●       Crisis intervention

●       Dementia training

●       Dietary training

●       Client specific training

Beyond the required training, LME goes above and beyond by offering weekly development sessions on a variety of topics to ensure continued learning and excellence across the company.
