Living Made Easy is proud to have a dedicated team of over 40 employees, operating across 5 licensed sites and 13 supportive living sites, all committed to providing exceptional care and services.

For many residents, home is everything. Our Adult Family Homes (AFH), Supportive Living Services (SLS), Transportation Services, and Community-Based Residential Facilities (CBRF) are focused on restoring dignity and independence while providing peace of mind. We offer companionship, meal preparation, medication assistance, activities, and transportation to ensure a high quality of life for those we serve.

At Living Made Easy, we are committed to excellence through comprehensive CBRF training, ensuring our staff is fully equipped to provide professional and compassionate care. Our training includes standard precautions, fire safety, medication administration, first aid/choking, and crisis intervention, empowering our team to support residents with diverse needs effectively.

​

Our sites currently serve residents who are advanced in age, living with irreversible Alzheimer’s/Dementia, physically and developmentally disabled, experiencing alcohol and other drug abuse (AODA), or managing mental health conditions. We also offer supportive living houses for residents who seek a more independent lifestyle.

Employees

The following employees are available::

  • Facilities Director/Owner: Full time and on call 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

  • Director of Compliance: Full time and on call 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

  • House Manager: Full time and on call 7 days a week

  • Personal Care Worker (PCW): 7 days a week, 24 hours a day as needed.

  • Maintenance Technicians: As needed.

  • Registered Nurse Consultants: 24 hour on call coverage.
