Finding Inspiration in Every Moment

Marthia Buford-Bell founded Living Made Easy, LLC in honor of her parents. Her parents continue to inspire her to make her own way, give back to the community and most of all put family FIRST. After ending her career in construction, she purchased her childhood home from her parents with a simple plan in mind, to start her own family group home. She looked around her neighborhood and saw so many people with a need for housing, substance abuse and mental health issues. She knew this was the perfect idea. Additionally, her daughter Ashley, had been in healthcare for several years and obtained her CNA license. In 2016, she received her first client and soon after others followed. The journey has been amazing and she has learned so many new things and developed so many new relationships. Today she is very proud and happy that the company has grown to 4 AFH facilities, 17 SILS , and a new Adult Daycare Center.

We at Living Made Easy, LLC are committed to ensuring that our team members are properly trained and receives the support to provide the very best
service to all of our residents. We are available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week for in care service. Our in-home care services are about restoring dignity,
developing lives and independence while providing a piece of mind.

Ashley, a certified nursing assistant, from Milwaukee, WI has over 12 years of healthcare experience. She's dedicated to changing the lives of clients and her passion for healthcare comes from years of volunteer work at many facilities. Her goal is making our clients as independent and active in the community as possible.

Asia Molex

Asia Molex, RN has been in the healthcare field for 13 years with 8 of those years being a registered nurse. Asia obtained her Associates of Nursing from Cardinal Stritch and currently enrolled at Chamberlin University working on her bachelor’s degree in nursing. Asia’s passion for helping others brought her to Living Made Easy.

Transportation /Crisis Intervention Team Member

Reggie Hardrick

Reginald D Hardrick is currently working as a Transportation driver for Living Made Easy. Reginald is also a crisis stabilizer with an Associate Degree in Criminal Justice. His passion for helping others is a great help to the growth of Living Made Easy.
